Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu (1,330 m/ 4,364 ft )
Welcome to Kathmandu, a city of bustling streets, stunning temples, and majestic pagodas. When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from our company will greet you and escort you to your hotel. You will be given a twin-sharing room. Bed and breakfast will be the accommodation plan..
Day 2Trip Preparation and sightseeing
Day 2 will be a day of rest and preparation for your expedition. On this day, you'll meet your expedition crew and attend an ESE-organized briefing class. You can also explore Nepal's vibrant capital city, visit world heritage sites such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath, and do some last-minute shopping in Thamel.
Day 3Drive from Kathmandu to Maccha khola (850 m/ 2,788 ft)
Today, we’ll drive from Kathmandu to Maccha Khola, enjoying breathtaking views of landscapes, rivers, terraced fields, and small settlements. Upon reaching Machha Khola, we’ll check into the lodge and take some rest.
Day 4Trek to Jagat (1,340 m/ 4,396 ft )
Our trek officially begins as we head towards Jagat. We trek alongside the Budhi Gandaki River, passing through lush forests and little villages. The trail provides spectacular views of waterfalls and terraced hillsides.
Day 5Trek to Deng (1,804 m/ 5,918 ft)
We’ll continue our trek along the Budhi Gandaki River, passing through gorgeous Gurung settlements and bamboo forests. This trail offers breathtaking views of the spectacular Manaslu peak and several other stunning mountains. This immersive journey allows us to immerse ourselves in the rich culture of the Gurung villages while also enjoying the natural beauty of the region.
Day 6Trek to Namrung (2,630 m/ 8,628 ft)
On Day 6, we’ll trek to Namrung, which is 2,630 meters above sea level. This village serves as the gateway to the Nubri region. We will pass through picturesque Tibetan-style villages and have the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Day 7Trek to Lho (2,957 m/ 9,701 ft)
Today, we’ll trek to Lho, which is located at an elevation of 2,957 meters. The trail takes us through barley and buckwheat fields to the village of Lho. We'll stop along the way to visit the Ribung Monastery, a significant cultural and religious site that provides insight into local traditions and beliefs.
Day 8Trek to Sama Gaun (3.530 m/ 11,581 ft)
Today, we’ll trek towards Sama Gaun. As we head to Sama Gaun, we gradually gain altitude and witness the beautiful environment. After 5-6 hours of trekking, we’ll reach Sama Gaun situated at an altitude of 3,530 meters. Sama Gaun offers an insight into Tibetan culture as well as breathtaking views of Manaslu and surrounding area.
Day 9Acclimatization day in Sama Gaun
Today is a rest and acclimatization day at Sama Gaun. Acclimatization day is necessary to acclimatize our bodies to higher elevations. We can visit nearby Monasteries, explore the village or go on short hikes in the area as a part of acclimatization.
Day 10Trek to Samdo (3,865 m/ 12,680 ft)
After breakfast in Sama Gaun, we’ll make our way towards Samdo. Today, we trek along the Buri Gandaki river with breathtaking views of Manaslu range and pass through Juniper and birch forest until we reach Kermo Kharka. Today's journey will end in a small sherpa settlement of Samdo, which is rich in history and culture.
Day 11Trek to Base Camp
Today, we'll trek to Panbari Peak's base camp, where our climbing adventure will officially begin. The trail to Base Camp offers stunning views of Panbari and many other peaks.
Day 12 -15Climbing Period |Ski Activities
The climbing period lasts from days 12 to 15. During these days, we'll acclimatize in the base camp(4,800 m)for a day, ascend to Camp 1 (5,250 m), Camp 2 (5,950 m), Camp 3 (6,350), and eventually Summit(6,905 m). After reaching the summit, we'll ski back down to Panbari base camp.
These days are challenging, with difficult terrain, low oxygen levels, and extreme temperatures.
Day 16Trek to Samdo (3,872 m/ 12,703 ft)
After the successful ascent of Panbari, we’ll descend back to Samdo. Today, we’ll trek through the same path that we took to reach base camp with amazing views of the surrounding landscapes and mountains. After a day of trekking, we'll arrive in Samdo, where we spent time before continuing to Panbari Peak Base Camp.
Day 17Trek to Dharamsala (4,460 m/ 14,632 ft)
Today, we’ll make our way towards Dharmasala. We'll trek for around 4 hours with amazing views of the surrounding peaks. We may come across the Blue sheep, also known as Nawar in Nepali. After 4 hours of trekking, we’ll reach Dharmasala which is located at an elevation of 4,460 meters and serves as the border between Manang and Gorkha.
Day 18Trek to Bhimthang (3,720 m/ 12,205 ft) via Larkya pass (5,106 m/ 16,752 ft)
We'll leave Dharmasthali and descend to Bhimthang via Nepal's most difficult mountain crossing, Larkya pass. The Larkya Pass summit provides a panoramic view of numerous spectacular peaks, including Mount Manaslu, Mt. Himalchuli, Mt. Ngadi Chuli, and Mt. Cheo. After admiring the scenery from the top of Larkya Pass, our path will take us down to Bhimthang Village, a high altitude village.
Day 19Trek to Dharapani (1,860 m/ 6,102 ft)
On day 19, we’ll head towards Dharapani. The trail gradually descends, offering you with the amazing views of surrounding landscapes. Along the way, we’ll pass through lush forests, and trek along the Marshyangdi River. Today, we’ll pass through several gurung villages including Goa, Tilche,and many others. After a day of trekking, we’ll reach our today’s destination, dharapani, where we’ll spend the night.
Day 20Drive to Kathmandu (1,330 m/ 4,364 ft)
After breakfast, we’ll leave Dharapani and drive towards Kathmandu via Besisahar in a comfortable private vehicle. Along the way, we’ll have the opportunity to witness the stunning beauty of the Himalayan highways and villages. When you arrive in Kathmandu, we will transport you to your hotel so that you can relax and recover.
Day 21Rest Day at Kathmandu
This extra day can be used to explore more of Kathmandu city, see cultural attractions, or simply rest at your hotel.
You will be treated to a farewell dinner and cultural show at a typical Nepalese restaurant in the evening.
Day 22International Departure
It's time to bid farewell to Kathmandu.
One of our personnel will meet you at your hotel and help you with your departure arrangements. They will assist you with your bags and help you for your departures.
- The price does not include your international airfare, climbing gear, visa fees, evacuation costs, insurance and other personal nature expenses. In addition, the clients are accountable for paying the summit bonus and tips to personal Sherpa once they reach camp II and tipping for the kitchen staff.

The Trekking Day
The day usually begins between 6.30 am and 7.30 am, with breakfast. During breakfast, the crew members make up the loads for the porters. You often start hiking by 7:30 am, though we wait for the sun to warm the air at higher altitudes.
The pace for the day is set at a lower speed. Instead, you will have time to become aware of everything around you and to enjoy it. Our guides are excellent timekeepers but cannot make you rush over the mountains!
The afternoon walk follows a similar pattern to the morning; it is often shorter, and your lodge is usually reached between 4 pm and 5 pm. There is plenty of time to relax or explore the surrounding area until the evening meal is served at about 6.30 pm. After dinner, there is time to chat, read or enjoy a game of cards with our crew. Most members are asleep by 9 pm.
We provide a highly experienced team of IFMGA/UIAGM guides, assistant guides if required, cook and kitchen staff, rope fixing team, and high-altitude workers. Our team is committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction during your adventure.

- You can make further queries about your desired trip through the “Get a Quote” form available on each trip detail page, we will reply to you within 24 hours with the best possible answer, and the rest of the communication will be through our official mail info@everestsherpaexpedition.com.
- To make confirmation of the booking, you need to make a non-refundable deposit prior to your departure date (the prior deposit and amount required to pay will notify you through our official mail because it depends on the season, and the nature of the trip you have chosen).
- You can pay non-refundable deposit via wire transfer to our company bank account. Or any payment method that is easy for you. For our banking details see the Bank Details section.
- The service charge taken by Bank or service provider during the money transfer whether that is wire transfer or credit card use will be your liability.
- The rest amount of the trip needs to pay upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the departure date.
- If you are not able to pay the due amount before your trip departure will be treated as the cancellation of the trip.
- Unforeseen situations like domestic flight delays, bad weather, and natural disasters causing trip delays are not our responsibilities and additional personal expenses will not be covered by us.
Payment Refunds & Cancellations
- If the trip is cancelled 45 days before the trip start, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged, but if the trip is postponed for some other date within 1 year time period, no charge will be made.
- If the trip is cancelled two weeks before the departure date, No refund will be made.
- If you are not able to continue your trip once it begins because of health or another other situation, no refund will be made.
- Trip cancellation because of an unforeseen situation like bad weather, we will assist you to follow other trips because most of the thing required for the trip has already been purchased, and making a refund for such thing is not possible therefore by mutual understanding, a certain percentage of amount will be refunded.
Only Staff Insurance
- Our company is responsible to make proper insurance (accident and medical insurance) for all the field staff including guide, cook, Sherpa, kitchen staff, and porters.

Disclaimer
- Our field leader and guide of the company have full rights to make decisions on changing the trip routes, and walking hours to make your trip comfortable and secure because of bad weather, and health-related issues.
- Everest Sherpa Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Can cancel any fixed departure but we will notify you prior to one month. The cancellation of the trip can be because of bad weather, natural disaster, or insufficient group size, all the deposit will be refunded in this case.
- It is your responsibility to take care of your valuable belongings in a safe place, if anything went wrong because of your carelessness, we are not responsible for such cases.
- Activities like Trekking, peak climbing, and mountaineering in the remote area could have high levels of risk, if anything goes wrong like serious injuries or death (very rare case), the company is not responsible which is beyond anyone’s hands.
