Upon your arrival in Kathmandu at an elevation of 1310 meters, our dedicated team from Himalayan Magic Treks eagerly awaits you outside the Tribhuwan International Airport arrival gate. Look for our representative holding the company logo for easy identification. We extend a hearty welcome to all members of the tour group, ensuring a seamless experience.
After a quick luggage check, we proceed to a private transportation that will take you to the city within 25 to 30 minutes. Upon reaching the hotel, we facilitate the check-in process efficiently. Shortly thereafter, we provide a brief orientation about the upcoming program for your journey, setting the stage for an exciting adventure.

Day 4Trek from Ulleri (1,540m / 5,050ft) to Ghorepani (2,860m / 9,385ft) 5 hours overnight at Lodge

Embarking on the third day of our Annapurna adventure, we weave through the picturesque landscapes from Ulleri to Ghorepani. As we traverse the enchanting rhododendron forest, nature reveals its wonders—wildlife, refreshing springs, and meandering rivers guide our journey. Ghorepani's charm lies in the panoramic spectacle it provides—the Dhaulagiri range, Tukuche, Dhampus, Nilgiri, Annapurna South, Barah Sikhar, and the iconic Machhapuchhre, or Fishtail, create an awe-inspiring Himalayan backdrop. An overnight stay at Hotel Snow Land, equipped with attached bathrooms, promises a comfortable retreat amidst this natural wonderland.
Day 5Eary morning Sunrise at Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani (2,630m) 6 to 7 hours overnight at Lodge

Awaken your senses early on the fourth day as we embark on a sunrise expedition to Poon Hill (3,210m). Poon Hill, a photographer's haven, invites us to capture the magic of dawn breaking over the Himalayas.
Following this magical experience, we descend to our lodge for breakfast before setting forth on the trek to Tadapani (2,630m / 8,630ft). En route, we pass through the scenic landscapes of Deurali (2960 m) and Bandthanti. If time permits, our journey extends to the tranquil Chuile Village. The day concludes with a cozy overnight stay at Hotel Grand View Lodge.
Day 6Trek from Tadapani (2,630m) to Chomrong (2,165m) 5 to 6 hours overnight at Lodge

As we set out on the fifth day, our journey varies based on the previous night's stay. If Tadapani embraced us, we savor a hearty breakfast before continuing our trek to Chomrong (2,165m / 7,105ft), passing through the enchanting Chuile. The trail unfolds with a captivating descent to the Kimron River, offering stunning vistas of Annapurna South and Fishtail along the way.
Chomrong village, cradled in the lap of the mighty Annapurna massif, serves as a popular resting spot for those bound for Annapurna Base Camp. However, if Chuile was our haven, the day concludes at Sinuwa, a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature's beauty.
Day 7Trek from Chomrong 2,165 m to Himalaya 2,890 m 6 to 7 hours overnight at Lodge

The sixth day unfolds with an exhilarating trek, the length of which is determined by the previous night's rest. If Chomrong cradled us, our journey involves a descent to Chomrong Khola, navigating steep stones before ascending through bamboo, oak, and rhododendron forests to reach Sinuwa. Alternatively, if Sinuwa provided our overnight respite, the trek commences from this charming location, offering captivating views of Machhapuchre and Annapurna snowcaps.
The trail meanders through the picturesque Khuldigar village, descends to the Bamboo Lodge settlements, and ascends to the serene Himalaya at 2,890m (9,425ft). For those starting the trek from Sinuwa, the night's rest awaits at Deurali, a tranquil haven nestled amidst the captivating landscapes.
Day 8Ascend to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhare Base Camp

On the seventh day, the journey to Mount Annapurna Base Camp unfolds, offering a unique experience based on the previous night's stay. For those rested in Himalaya, the route meanders through the narrow gorge along the Modi Khola Glacier Valley, unveiling more enchanting forests, the iconic Hinku Cave, and the lodges of Deurali. This path leads to the gateway of the Annapurna Sanctuary, ultimately guiding us to the awe-inspiring ABC. Alternatively, if Deurali cradled our sleep, the trek begins from this point itself.
On the way, Machhapuchhre Base Camp presents a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains. Continuing northwest, ABC comes into view, offering a 360-degree spectacle of Hiunchuli, Annapurna South to Annapurna I (8,097m/26,566ft), Khangsar Kang, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, and Machhapuchhare.
Today's trek immerses you in the presence of towering peaks—Annapurna Massif (I-IV), Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Manaslu, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, Pisang Peak, Paungda Danda, and more. A night spent at ABC ensures an unforgettable encounter with the sheer beauty of snow-capped mountains.
Day 9Descent from ABC to Bamboo

Having left our mark at ABC, the descent begins on the eighth day. The trail leads out of the Annapurna Sanctuary and the Modi River Valley, guiding us to the serene stopover, Bamboo (2,350m / 7,700ft). The journey down unfolds with every step, providing moments of reflection on the breathtaking landscapes witnessed on the ascent.
As we make our way to Bamboo, surrounded by the lush beauty of the Himalayan terrain, Hotel Green View offers a comfortable haven for a well-deserved night's rest.
Day 10Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda and Hot Spring, 5 hours overnight at Hotel with Breakfast

Continuing our journey from Bamboo, the trail leads us to the enchanting Jhinu Danda. The path descends to Kimrong Khola before ascending through serene rhododendron, bamboo, and oak forests, ultimately arriving at the idyllic Jhinu Danda. Famous for its natural hot springs, this destination provides a perfect retreat to soothe tired muscles. Surrounded by the beauty of rhododendron forests and lush vegetation, the hot springs offer a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience.
Day 11Hike from Jhinu Danda to Siwai/Ghandruk Phedi followed by a Scenic Drive to Pokhara

As we bid farewell to Jhinu Danda, our trek takes us along a peaceful dusty road beside the Modi Khola. Here, we say goodbye to the trails and embark on a scenic drive through the picturesque countryside to Pokhara, where we will spend the night.
Day 12Scenic Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, It takes 6 to 7 hours overnight Hotel with Breakfast

As the sun rises, marking the beginning of a new day, we bid farewell to the serene lakeside city of Pokhara. The tourist bus follows the Marsyangdi River and then the Trishuli River, treating us to mesmerizing views of natural scenery and terraced farmlands.
The bus gracefully climbs the final stretch, bringing us back to Kathmandu—the very place where our adventurous journey commenced. The landscapes witnessed during this drive serve as a visual tapestry, weaving together the memories of the diverse landscapes encountered throughout the trek.
In the evening, a heartfelt farewell dinner organized by ESE awaits, providing an opportunity to reflect on the shared experiences and celebrate the journey that has left an indelible mark on our souls.

The Trekking Day
The day usually begins between 6.30 am and 7.30 am, with breakfast. During breakfast, the crew members make up the loads for the porters. You often start hiking by 7:30 am, though we wait for the sun to warm the air at higher altitudes.
The pace for the day is set at a lower speed. Instead, you will have time to become aware of everything around you and to enjoy it. Our guides are excellent timekeepers but cannot make you rush over the mountains!
The afternoon walk follows a similar pattern to the morning; it is often shorter, and your lodge is usually reached between 4 pm and 5 pm. There is plenty of time to relax or explore the surrounding area until the evening meal is served at about 6.30 pm. After dinner, there is time to chat, read or enjoy a game of cards with our crew. Most members are asleep by 9 pm.
We offer a highly skilled and experienced team of trekking guides, porters, support staff, cooks, and kitchen staff if required. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your trek. We provide high-quality camping gear, nutritious meals, and clean drinking water to keep you energized and hydrated on your trek. - You can make further queries about your desired trip through the “Get a Quote” form available on each trip detail page, we will reply to you within 24 hours with the best possible answer, and the rest of the communication will be through our official mail info@everestsherpaexpedition.com.
- To make confirmation of the booking, you need to make a non-refundable deposit prior to your departure date (the prior deposit and amount required to pay will notify you through our official mail because it depends on the season, and the nature of the trip you have chosen).
- You can pay non-refundable deposit via wire transfer to our company bank account. Or any payment method that is easy for you. For our banking details see the Bank Details section.
- The service charge taken by Bank or service provider during the money transfer whether that is wire transfer or credit card use will be your liability.
- The rest amount of the trip needs to pay upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the departure date.
- If you are not able to pay the due amount before your trip departure will be treated as the cancellation of the trip.
- Unforeseen situations like domestic flight delays, bad weather, and natural disasters causing trip delays are not our responsibilities and additional personal expenses will not be covered by us.
Payment Refunds & Cancellations
- If the trip is cancelled 45 days before the trip start, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged, but if the trip is postponed for some other date within 1 year time period, no charge will be made.
- If the trip is cancelled two weeks before the departure date, No refund will be made.
- If you are not able to continue your trip once it begins because of health or another other situation, no refund will be made.
- Trip cancellation because of an unforeseen situation like bad weather, we will assist you to follow other trips because most of the thing required for the trip has already been purchased, and making a refund for such thing is not possible therefore by mutual understanding, a certain percentage of amount will be refunded.

- Our company is responsible to make proper insurance (accident and medical insurance) for all the field staff including guide, cook, Sherpa, kitchen staff, and porters.

Disclaimer
- Our field leader and guide of the company have full rights to make decisions on changing the trip routes, and walking hours to make your trip comfortable and secure because of bad weather, and health-related issues.
- Everest Sherpa Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Can cancel any fixed departure but we will notify you prior to one month. The cancellation of the trip can be because of bad weather, natural disaster, or insufficient group size, all the deposit will be refunded in this case.
- It is your responsibility to take care of your valuable belongings in a safe place, if anything went wrong because of your carelessness, we are not responsible for such cases.
- Activities like Trekking, peak climbing, and mountaineering in the remote area could have high levels of risk, if anything goes wrong like serious injuries or death (very rare case), the company is not responsible which is beyond anyone’s hands.
