• With an additional 4 years of experience as the Operation Manager at Alpine Sherpa Guide Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., Rabindra's dedication to the field is truly commendable.

• Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies, showcasing a dedication to mountain studies.

• Expedition Leader in the Himlung Himal Mountaineering Research Expedition-BMS-NMA-2023, marking Nepal Mountain Academy’s First Successful Ascent of a 7000-meter peak.
